There is a large public car park that is available to customers at an additional cost. You can add a valet service to your experience when making a VIP booking. There is a taxi rank next to Ushuaïa Ibiza.

Most events start at 5pm and end at 11pm. ANTS (Saturdays) starts at 3pm.

The safety and security of the Ushuaïa Ibiza family is always our top priority. Our security checks are carried out by both female and male security staff. Ushuaïa Ibiza reserves the right to refuse admission to any person who fails to comply with our security policy.

Ushuaïa Ibiza is a place of community and togetherness, so no sports team jerseys, or any ideological attire that may cause offence are allowed on the premises.

There are neither lockers nor a cloakroom service available at Ushuaïa Ibiza.

For the safety and comfort of all our guests, anything larger than a standard-sized handbag shall not be allowed into the premises. Please do not bring luggage, backpacks or large bags with you.

There is no readmission once leaving the venue. Customers who leave the premises will be required to purchase an additional ticket to re-enter. If you would like to take a break from the dancefloor there are many quieter areas to relax throughout the premises.

Your ticket provides you access to all areas and bars at Ushuaïa Ibiza, except the VIP and backstage areas.

Ushuaïa Ibiza welcomes guests of all abilities and is wheelchair accessible.

Customers are required to provide a valid form of photo ID upon entry.

European citizens: ID or Passport.

Non European citizens: Passport.

Please note: you must bring the original ID, photocopies and photographs will not be accepted.

In compliance with the law, attendants must be aged 18 or older to enter Ushuaïa Ibiza. Anyone younger than 18 or who is unable to prove their age with valid identification will, unfortunately, be denied entry. Minors under 18 years of age will not be allowed entry even if they are accompanied by an adult and/or their parents/legal guardians.

Capping off your Ushuaïa experience with a trip to Hï Ibiza is the recipe for an unforgettable time in Ibiza, however, you will need to buy a specific ticket for each venue.

Yes, if you are hosted at Ushuaïa Beach Hotel, you will be able to access the event on that day.

Ushuaïa Ibiza has an exclusive VIP entrance on the beach side of the venue. If approaching from the beach, the VIP entrance is on the right side of the venue, and on the left side if approaching from Ctra. Platja d'en Bossa.

We provide valet services on demand, which you can add when making your booking.

Once you book a table, information about the maximum capacity for that table will be shared with you. Please fill out the form to make your VIP request.

A selection of finger food is available through the event If you have any dietary intolerances, please let us know in advance. Not included in the minimum spend.

The arrangement of our VIP tables may be subject to change. You will receive an email with the table layout and the price list once you make your request.

Can I pay by Card?

We accept contactless payments and card payments using Mastercard, Visa, Union Pay, Maestro and American Express. ID matching the name on your bank card will be required for anyone choosing to pay via card during the event.

Do you accept cash?

Payments in cash are also accepted, limited to the amount pursuant to applicable law. You can find an ATM outside from the club.

You may move the booking to another event (subject to availability)  or request a refund up to 24-hours before the event except for the Opening & Closing parties or other special events, which require a 72-hour notice.

Please don’t wear flip-flops, tank tops or swimwear. We don’t allow any sports team merch or any ideological attire that may cause offence.

We recommend you to arrive before 7pm, please let us know when you and your group are planning to arrive.

Professional cameras, as well as drones and/or similar devices, Meta glasses and/or similar wearables, digital cameras with telescopic lenses, tablets, laser devices, audio recording equipment, monopods, tripods, or selfie sticks are not permitted on the premises. Recording or photographing for advertising or commercial purposes is strictly prohibited without the club’s express authorization.

eTickets can be downloaded and displayed on your smartphone. There is no need to print your ticket.

Can I purchase tickets at the door? Yes. Tickets purchased in advance are less expensive than at the door, therefore, for the best-priced tickets, please buy in advance on line at www.theushuaiaexperience.com

Refund policy with cancellation insurance:

Ticket holders can ask for a full refund of their tickets by notifying Clubtickets at help@clubtickets.com at least 24 hours prior to the event start time, if the 360 Cancellation Insurance has been added to your purchase. This applies for delayed flights, illnesses or any other reason for missing the event.

Once the event has started, tickets can not be refunded, we recommend contacting Clubtickets as soon as you know you will miss the event.

For some events, you have the option to buy a ticket with a cut-off entry time at a cheaper price.
This means you must enter the club before the stated time. If you arrive after the cut-off time, you will be allowed access only after paying a supplement at the door. If you have purchased a standard ticket from our website you do not have a last entry time.

If you bought a Standard ticket on our website you do not have a last time entry.

Photography and video recording for personal use is permitted, provided it is done with a smartphone and in a manner that respects the rights of others. However, any filming or photography intended for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

The use of professional cameras, drones and/or similar devices, Meta glasses and/or similar wearables, digital cameras with telescopic lenses, tablets, laser devices, audio recording equipment, monopods, tripods, or selfie sticks is not allowed.

We have an internal photography and video team covering the event.

By entering Ushuaïa Ibiza, you consent to being filmed or photographed for any purpose, in any and all media, worldwide and in perpetuity. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Lost Property

You can claim any lost property at the Ushuaïa Beach Hotel reception desk, during opening hours, or send an email to events@ushuaiaibiza.com.

Management shall not be held responsible for any item lost at Ushuaïa Ibiza.

Unless the venue is closed or in extreme circumstances, a specific timetable for picking up by email may be agreed between both parties.

The pack can only be used for the day that appears on the voucher and drinks must be used that same day. Display your QR code to the staff at any of our bars. Codes can be scanned multiple times, corresponding to the number of drinks you have pre-purchased.

Ushuaïa Ibiza will not be held responsible for adverse weather conditions.

  • All attendees must bring valid original ID and in force: citizens of European countries will require a national ID or passport; citizens from other countries will require a passport.Dress code: No flip-flops, swimwear, uncovered torsos, and / or football / basketball team jerseys, as well as any ideological attire that might offend the attendants’ sensitivities, are allowed into the premises of Ushuaïa Ibiza.

  • There is no cloakroom available at the venue. Backpacks, luggage or big bags are not permitted (except ladies’ handbags).

  • Ushuaïa Ibiza operates an over 18s policy. Anyone under the age of 18 will be refused entry. Entry is not allowed for any minors, even if accompanied by an adult and/or their parents or legal guardians.

  • Early arrival is advisable to secure admission.

  • Opening & Closing times are not fixed and may change on the day.

  • Ushuaïa Ibiza will not be held responsible for adverse weather conditions.

  • When consuming alcoholic beverages within the premises of Ushuaïa Ibiza, we recommend that you do so in moderation and at your own responsibility.

  • The consumption and/or sale of drugs within the premises of Ushuaïa Ibiza is strictly prohibited. 

  • Recording and/or photographing for advertising/commercial purposes without express authorization from Ushuaïa Ibiza is strictly prohibited. GoPro accessories such as selfie sticks, monopods, and other professional photography equipment are prohibited at this event.

  • It is strictly prohibited to bring beverages (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) into the premises of Ushuaïa Ibiza, either the club or the rooms.

  • Lineups and set times may be subject to change.

  • No re-entry allowed, once you exit the venue, you’ll have to pay again to access.

  • Keep your ticket until the event has ended.

  • Refund for purchased tickets due to event cancellation can be requested within 48 hours following the canceled event, by contacting the point of sale and/or digital platform where they were purchased. The refund will be processed only if the original sales ticket is presented.

  • Attendants are responsible for their personal property at all times and should never leave their belongings unattended.

  • You are informed of the presence of surveillance cameras inside Ushuaïa Ibiza, which are used to process captured images to ensure the security of individuals, property, and facilities. 

  • By purchasing your ticket to Ushuaïa Ibiza, you expressly consent to the possibility of being filmed or photographed by our team, and that this material may be used on our social media or other channels for advertising/commercial purposes. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy. If you do not wish to be filmed or photographed, please do not pose for photos and inform our staff.

  • Access with medication or medical devices : If you have a medical condition that requires you to carry medication or personal medical devices (for example, insulin, EpiPen or others), you may enter the venue with them. To facilitate access, we recommend contacting our team in advance at help@ushuaiaibiza.com to inform us of your situation. This will ensure our security and medical staff are aware and can assist you upon arrival.
    Whenever possible, we recommend bringing your medication in its original packaging to make identification easier. Our medical team can voluntarily store it if you prefer not to carry it with you during the event, especially if it requires special preservation conditions. If there is any doubt regarding the nature of the medication, entrance staff may refer you to the venue’s medical team, who may request medical accreditation or a prescription and verify the medication if deemed necessary. Our goal is to ensure the safety of all guests while respecting each individual’s personal medical needs.
