Calvin Harris has announced magical lineups for both his residencies at Ushuaïa Ibiza.
Tuesdays are full of heavy-hitting special guests, such as Fatboy Slim, Diplo, Steve Angello, Sebastian Ingrosso, Patrick Topping, Oliver Heldens, Nic Fanciulli, Dom Dolla, and Romy. Fridays come alive with legendary house producer, DJ and remixer, MK and the high-energy sounds of Tyson O’Brien every week.
GRAMMY-winning DJ and producer, Calvin Harris is making history this year as the first artist to hold a double residency at Ushuaïa Ibiza. From 30th May until 12th September, every Tuesday and Friday.
Romy is known for her joyous, disco-inspired dance music, and has collaborated with the likes of Fred Again.., Joy Orbison, and Sampha. As the singer in the British indie electro band, The XX, she won a Mercury Music Award for best album. Her solo tracks, “She’s On My Mind” and “Enjoy Your Life”, bring some pure disco magic to Ushuaïa Ibiza’s open-air dancefloor.
Fatboy Slim needs no introduction, but we’ll give it a go anyway. The superstar DJ and award-winning producer has over forty years tenure in the industry, rising to fame in the '90s with global hits such as "The Rockafeller Skank", "Weapon of Choice" and "Praise You". His chart-topping remixes include Wildchild's "Renegade Master" and Cornershop's "Brimful Of Asha", and he's one of most high profile names in dance music today. Not one to rest on his laurels, he’s still releasing hits such as “Role Model”, and dominating clubs and festivals worldwide.
Diplo is one of the most dynamic forces in dance music today. The DJ and producer staked his claim back in 2008 with his award-winning, dancehall-inspired project Major Lazer. Since then he’s become known for hits such as “On My Mind” and “Receipts”, as well as collaborations with the likes of Tiësto, Madonna, Jungle and Skrillex on their acclaimed Jack Ü project.
UK juggernaut, Patrick Topping, has been sworn in to elevate the dancefloor to dizzying heights. Known for high-energy club anthems such as “Make Me Happy” and ““Be Sharp Say Nowt”, which has become certified silver in the UK, this British powerhouse and Trick label boss is an unmissable addition to the lineup.
Detroit’s finest, MK, is a mainstay every Friday with Calvin Harris. Rising to prominence in the early ‘90s with hits like “Always” and “Burning”, MK has had an exceptional career spanning three decades. His remixes of Disclosure, Rihanna and London Grammar, and his collaborations with Dom Dolla, Teddy Swims and Becky Hill, are testament to his continued ubiquity across pop and electronic music.
