Once again, the world’s leading international electronic music magazine, DJ Mag, has revealed its ranking of the best DJs by publishing its Top 100 DJs 2019 results. A podium which had to include resident DJs from Ushuaïa Ibiza Beach Hotel and Hï Ibiza.

The undisputed winners of this latest edition have been Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, who are back at the top of the electronic scene at No. 1 on the Top 100 ranking. A position that the duo had already won in 2015. The success of these Belgian brothers is due to an exceptional year, with events at the best clubs and festivals around the world.

Tomorrowland became one of the most important events of the season last summer, with a spectacular show at the best outdoor club in the world, Ushuaïa Ibiza during their 15-day residence.

In response to this award, Dimitri told DJ Mag: «The news that we are back to being number one caught us unaware. For us, it’s something unreal, it was a huge surprise, to be honest. We are really happy».

After three years taking first place, Martin Garrix took a break and won second place in the ranking of the best DJs in the world. An incredible year for Garrix that began with his single “No Sleep” with Bonn in February, a song that has amassed more than nine million views on YouTube alone so far. In addition, his residence at Ushuaïa Ibiza Beach Hotel has been a complete success again this summer, giving us memorable nights during which he showed off his amazing talent. 

«As always, my tour schedule has been really busy”, Garrix told DJ Mag. “I had another opportunity to play at the most incredible festivals and venues! We have been taking big steps with STMPD RCRDS with a lot of music, new artist signings and stages around the world. I have also created a lot of new music with some incredible artists such as Fall Out Boy, Macklemore, Bonn and Dean Lewis. And I have been working on a very special project which will be revealed soon!».

With endless energy, always at the top of the list of the best DJs in the world, David Guetta, is one of the most powerful superstars in electronic music. After leaving the podium last year, he made a comeback in the third position, a well-earned spot after doubling his sessions during the season in Ibiza. An achievement that began with the BIG even at Ushuaïa Ibiza and its mythical F *** Me I'm Famous! sessions at the temple of the Ibizan night, Hï Ibiza.

When the first three places on the Top 100 DJ Mag list go to resident DJs at Ushuaïa Ibiza Beach Hotel, it is difficult to imagine a better destination to live the Ushuaïa Ibiza experience than the events held at The #1 open air club.
