Next destination: The best winter festivals.

Winter can be long and harsh, which is why it’s not surprising that some are already thinking about hibernating on the sofa at home until the next season of Ushuaïa Ibiza Beach Club. Nobody blames you, but if you are one of them, forget about that plan. Don’t even think about it!

There are many reasons to forget about outdoor temperatures and winter festivals are one of the best excuses to warm up. The perfect plan to continue enjoying performances from your favourite artists around the world.

NEXT DESTINATION: WINTER FESTIVALS

Many clubbers have openly admitted that, before facing another crazy summer in Ibiza, they make the most of the winter season to retreat from the island and get warmed up at the best electronic music festivals. Join them and choose your next destination with the best company, your favourite artists.

SNOWBOMBING (MAYRHOFEN, AUSTRIA)

From April 13 to 18, 2020, enjoy the most popular electronic music festival, Snowbombing, at Mayrhogen’s Austrian ski station. For one week, the Alpine mountain range becomes a stage at the foot of the slopes, where you can enjoy the best live music while doing your favourite mountain sport.

A line-up that will include world-class artists and DJs such as Liam Gallagher, The Streets, Foals, as well as other Ibiza regulars like Chase & Status, Rudimental, Big Narstie and Gorgon City, this year. Ready to wave goodbye to winter in the snow?

TOMORROWLAND WINTER (ALPE D’HUEZ, FRANCE)

In the French Alps, from March 14 to 21, 2020, in Alpe D’Huez, France, you’ll find one of the most anticipated electronic music festivals of 2020, Tomorrowland Winter. A winter version for those who miss their summer residence in Ushuaïa Ibiza, which welcomes around 25,000 people who enjoy the performances of great artists like Armin van Buuren, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Martin Garrix or Charlotte de Witte.

The festival offers an exceptional atmosphere and the best programme... which is why it has become an unmissable event for both electronic music enthusiasts and clubbers.

MUTEK (MEXICO)

Innovation has been constant for MUTEK Mexico and, since 2003, each edition of the festival has presented new ways of bringing us closer to avant-garde thinking through the infinite possibilities of digital art and sound.

From November 18 to 24, this winter festival will present a series of experiences performed by artists at the forefront of digital innovation: song premieres and special performances, installations, immersive art and the latest in electronic music and audiovisual experiments broadcast by some of the most emblematic venues and cultural spaces of Mexico City.

A purely underground festival lasting one week, full of stellar performances and revelations through a carefully curated selection of national and international artists, including performances by Apparat Live, Brian Eno UK, Frank Wiedemann (Âme Live), James Place, John Talabot, Kelly Moran, Mathew Jonson and Ryoichi Kurokawa, among others.

EPIZODE (PHU QUOC ISLAND, VIETNAM)

After the success of its latest edition, EPIZODE returns to Asia from December 27, 2019, to January 7, 2020, to bring us 11 days of uninterrupted music which you can enjoy night and day on the Vietnamese island of Phu Quoc.

A festival that will bring together the best DJs; Abelle, Anja Schneider, Apollonia, Craig Richards, Guti (Live), Lehar, Loco Dice, Nicolas Lutz and Ricardo Villalobos, among others.
