The Vegan Station offers several healthy vegan food options, such as Greek salad with tofu, quinoa tabulé, hummus, babaganoush, guacamole, and a raw food area. In addition, the delicatessen of this new service also includes a variety of poke bowl with rice or Hawaiian-style quinoa salad, marinated fish and a fresh selection of fruits and vegetables.
